A lot of these journalists were not “fooled”. It wasn’t that they “really thought he was guilty”.
They were out to get him any way they could. They push the Narrative they are told to push. Guilt, innocent, truth, fiction — those things don’t enter into the equation at any stage. Trump isn’t Hillary — so let’s get him!
It’s actually nauseating to hear someone who OUGHT to know better, saying what all the rest of us have known all along!
How I detest Obama, his hench men(administration) & the truly sleazy complicit media mouthpiece.
From the get-go, it started out as sour grapes from liberals. How could Hillary lose; Trump mustÂve cheated?
Sour grapes my ass! It was pure, raging, unchecked frustrated Evil. And it didn’t just spring into being AFTER the election either.
Brit is no friend of Trump or conservatives. He’s an arrogant, self-assured “lefty” in my book.
It must have been hard for him to say this.

Exactly.
It was not a mistake.
It was an evil plot.
So called "journalists" have been shown to be evil propagandists.
MSM are so deeply implicated in the plot to stop Trump/oust President Trump, they have little choice but to behave as insanely as they have...and the MSM not complicit nonetheless have taken their side.
they have self-destructed.
“What difference does it make Brett now.” The damage has been piling up for 3+ years. The ONLY way to cure it would be to send a regiment of marines out to each “news” room and rake it with automatic weapons. That would at least ensure going forward things would be even. Of course that is not going to happen. The same people using extra constitutional means to bring down an administration hide by the first amendment of the constitution. Anyone with half a brain could look at what has been going on and say since the first amendment does not protect criminal conspiracies spouting malicious news how about putting them in jail. Unfortunately about half the nation would be in jail were that to be successfully pursued.
Probably over 95% of Americans have no clue of the depths of the lies the media tells them.
The thing is going to have a lot of fall out for ‘journalists’.
It’s going to drive a wedge into their ranks when they realize their personal integrity will be openly challenged.
They’ll have to either keep on lying to ‘sell newspapers’ or else bite the bullet and admit their own lack of courage for never having questioned what they always suspected to be a lie.
Brit Hume realizes that he was not the most informed journalist the past 4 years.
They have not self-destructed.
More than half the nation still both believes and depends on their dails BS......
Really, you’re just now picking up on this Brit?
This knucklehead is clueless!

That’s not true. He’s been calling BS on Chicom flu and and shing a light on Obamagate for quite some time.
“A lot of these journalists were not fooled. It wasnt that they really thought he was guilty.”
Completely agree. It irritates me that conservative commentators keep saying that these people really believe what they are saying. That grants them the ability to have an honest sentiment, which they don’t. They are all liars.
Interesting that McCallum ended the interview right after Hume mentioned WuFlu coverage...
We DO have laws on the books against character assassination, slander and libel.
Victims have recourse in the law against individuals/groups who openly and intentionally defame them with what they KNOW to be false!
Well, he did make a comment that they are repeating their behavior in regards to virus reporting... shutdown good anything else bad.
So, if they were exactly wrong about Russia scamgate,... maybe we shouldn’t be so gung ho about falling for their virus scamgate.
