"The world was likely improved by his leaving it."

You won't get much of an argument from me on this point, but it wasn't their decision to make. Although I haven't read he had a history of violence, I do not delude myself into believing he was a choir boy.

‘Avid jogger’...convince me of that...any 5k, 10k, marathons?…any standard jogging equipment like Nike, adidas, asics, NB, or other running shoes or clothing typical to serious runner…any video from cams all over Brunswick area of Arbery jogging by on one of his many runs…where is Arbery’s or his mother’s address?…have never seen this published...shot twice in the chest and once in the hand with a shotgun?…maybe one of the ‘chest’ shots was a superficial grazing shot as a shotgun shot into the chest immediately ends the confrontation...I suspect the 3rd shot penetrated the chest and ended the confrontation …video shows Arbery bull rushed, was striking with his fist and trying to wrest the shotgun from McMicheal...Arbery caused his own demise by attacking an armed individual in a tense confrontation...if McMichael intended to murder Arbery in the street he would have shot him at distance instead of in a hand to hand altercation...should all or any of this have happened? Absolutely not! the media and usual suspects want to fan the flames of racism as usual...

I stated a range of distance based upon various distances posted right here on FR.. It was my hope and intent, all those out for the blood of father and son, buying into the claim ‘he was just out for a random’ jog to state the actual distance. I am not in the least impressed with the SJW crowd.. my experience, they would be first in line demanding their own privilege justice.

I call them the ‘holy people’!

He was not a jogger. He was a thief casing a home under construction, in a neighborhood on alert because of previous burglaries. Have you ever met or seen a jogger wearing cargo pants and work boots? Me, neither. He made stupid choices, and is dead as a result of his own actions. Had he been a white guy, no one would be having this discussion.

"In Texas we say 'Death by mis-adventure.'"

Actually, Sir, you're the one who started with the tough-guy bar talk. I'll let this go, but once justice is served and these two fat wanna-be vigilante bullies are thrown in a hole for life and the rule of law is satisfied I will make it a point to come back and let you know how educated I've become on the subject.

Two things can be true at the same time:
He was no jogger.
His murderers should never see the light of day again.

As an attorney who has prosecuted/defended thousands of cases, including murder cases, please explain for me exactly how the elder McMichael, who did nothing but stand in the back of a truck and did not shoot his gun (or even draw it until the shotgun went off) is guilty of first degree murder. Seriously, I would like someone to explain to me how you are a murderer for standing in a truck. This is why this case is outrageous. These a-hole Atlanta prosecutors are basically filing charges based on theories put out by the race-baiting family attorneys, and now they are threatening to charge a guy filming the incident.

Yes it makes me doubt the quality of his work. But if the scene of the crime he did not claim that he witnessed him committing a crime. That was a later story.

Off hand I would say it's akin to a getaway driver in a bank robbery where a teller is murdered inside while the driver simply sat in the car.

Look, the fact is we know shit about the specifics of this case. Did the father begin the chase? Did he yell for his son to get the guns and get in the truck? There are a LOT of factors here and every second will be reconstructed. Until then we're just a bunch of people typing shit on their keyboards.

Don’t never ever pull a gun on nobody except to defend your own life or the life of a family member.

Waycross is in Ware County.

In 2016 the vote in Ware County was 8513 for Trump and 3440 for the Hildabeast. If we suppose that a large part, maybe most, of the Clinton vote was cast by black voters, then the great majority of white voters voted for Trump. But that doesn't tell us how the McMichaels voted, and how they voted in 2016 has nothing to do with the case now attracting attention.

What is you source for the distance from his house. I have seen reports from two miles to more than 50 miles?

Why does he have to start his run at the house? It is not uncommon for joggers to drive to another starting point to begin their run. Jogging gets pretty boring if you run exactly the same route everyday.

There is no evidence he was stealing anything. In fact, the owner of the construction site said he stole nothing
____________________________________________________________
First, the owner of the house told the Daily Beast that on previous occasions he had stuff stolen from his house, including $2,500 worth of fishing gear. The owner—after receiving death threats and threats to burn down his home—has now suggested that nothing was ever taken. BS.
Second, a neighbor who called 911 told the dispatcher that the owner’s house had been burglarized a number of times recently.
Third, the McMichaels told the cops that their had been a rash of burglaries and other crimes involving the house and their vehicle.
Fourth, there are still photos of Arbery from October 2019 inside of the house that have been released.
Fifth, we don’t know if he stole anything or, more importantly, if he tried to steal anything, because we have only seen 10 seconds of video whereas he was in the house for 4 minutes.
Sixth, one would have to be thoroughly naïve to believe that a convicted felon and thief who lived miles away, who had previously burglarized the home (fishing equipment, etc.), and who SPRINTED full speed out of the house when the neighbor yelled at him, was in that house for lawful purposes.

Routine jog 10-15 miles from mama’s house.

Really? I was wondering about that.

They probably are going to get his boy a lot of time. The only question remaining to be answered is. will it be State time, or will it be Federal time?
