The autopsy report for Ahmaud Arbery, the 25-year-old who was fatally shot in a Georgia neighborhood, showed that he was shot three times, twice in the chest and once in the hand. The report also concluded Arbery did not have drugs or alcohol in his system, according to a copy of the report obtained by CBS News.
Gregory McMichael, 64, and his son Travis, 34, were charged with Arbery's murder 74 days after they chased, shot and killed him on February 23. The McMichaels told police they thought Arbery was a burglary suspect.
Arbery's family said he was out for a routine jog that day.

The property owner confirms Aubrey didn’t take anything from the property or cause any damage.
The 911 caller exaggerated what was happening, to say the least.

For a neighborhood that the media tells us only had one problem in the months leading up to this incident, it seems to have a lot of residents who were mistakenly under the impression that there was a crime wave. 3 residents, the McMichaels and the 911 caller referred to multiple crimes. The homeowner told the daily beast that he had thousands of dollars worth of fishing equipment stolen on a previous occasion. He also provided police videos of prior burglaries, and some of these pictures from the videos have been posted that show the deceased at the property illegally.
He was not defending himself. He was attacking people who had confronted him. He made a foolish attempt to rush his antagonist and grab a shotgun. It ended badly, as such actions usually do.
And he was not a "jogger". He was a burglar, casing the neighborhood for future targets.
Zimmerman did not attack Martin. Martin came out of the dark and attacked Zimmerman. Zimmerman didn’t even know where Martin was - not exactly - until Martin initiated contact.
“After a discussion about where Zimmerman would meet police, the call ended, and Zimmerman told investigators he was returning to his vehicle after locating an address on Retreat View Circle when Martin approached him from his left rear and confronted him.” - Wiki
Zimmerman didn’t have a shotgun out as he pursued. Zimmerman was trying to WATCH while in contact with the dispatcher. And Martin initiated contact. VERY different, eh?
Grow up!
“You might contact them. They may value your input. I am not the one you should be arguing with.”
You have a point - especially if you can’t defend your posts.
He had been previously arrested as a Juvenile (under 18) for armed robbery, which was plea-bargained down to possession of a firearm in a prohibited place (a HS football game). He was on probation and was reportedly in violation of that probation at the time of his death.
Definitely not a choir boy.
And the youthful motorist did not attack the erstwhile gunman, Mr. Arbery.
The erstwhile gunman, Mr. Arbery, attacked the youthful motorist.
Seriously, I would like someone to explain to me how you are a murderer for standing in a truck.
Its called the Felony Murder rule and every State has it.
L
If the fellow was moving along after the confrontation he should not have been shot.
The shooting was the confrontation. When police arrived at the seen, the two men said nothing about witnessing a crime, or a citizen’s arrest.
Every state, except for three or four have a felony murder rule.
If four men rob a bank, and someone gets killed, then all four are guilty of the murder.
Even if all four agree not to kill or shoot anyone. Even if they all agreed to not carry a weapon, and one sneaks a gun in and shoots someone.
Also, if a guard shoots one of the robbers during the commission o the crime, then the other three can be charged for the murder of their accomplice.
And in this case especially. The father was the one try to kill this man, the son probably had no motive, other than assisting his father.
That is not true. The father and son did not even know the owners of the property.
So even if the father and son saw him coming from the property, they had no way of knowing if he had the owners permission to be on that property.
Furthermore, at the crime scene the two thugs did not tell the police they witness the victim committing a crime? They just forgot?
These two thugs have been caught in so many lies, it will just get worse for them.
No, the whole point all along was to kill this guy. The victim may have known it when he saw them. Unfortunately, for the father, he wasn't smart enough to pull this off. But he didn't end up telling this many lies by accident.
He relied on the fact that his buddy was a D.A., and it made him stupid. Unfortunately, for him, the police get mad when a D.A. is resisting their case, and they know it's not personal considerations. Eventually, they can often go around the D.A.
The owner’s attorney has already gone on record saying nothing was taken from the property under construction, nor was there ever any damage, and the The Glynn County Police Department has said that it had no reports involving burglaries or home break-ins in the Satilla Shores neighborhood between Jan. 1 and Feb. 23.
The only person you’ve got left saying there’s a crime wave in the neighborhood is McMichaels...and that dog just doesn’t hunt.
Man bites dog. Next.
Yea that’s why the father had his gun holstered the whole time until his d.o.b was attacked.
You make zero sense.
Bless your heart.
Here’s a tip.
Stop trying to appease the mob.
You will never ever be able to satisfy them.
You clearly are severely stunted in your ability to process information.
Then why didn’t they shoot him when he was running towards them?
Gee!
Your second statement contradicts your first. They confronted him. He defended himself. Once they started it, they lost their right to self defense.
And he was not a "jogger". He was a burglar, casing the neighborhood for future targets.
Do you have any proof of that? Besides that, ca you show me the law in Georgia which allows private citizens to execute someone who is "casing" a neighborhood?
Would you be okay if someone shot you and the said "flamberge was a burglar." And if the person who killed you says it, we don't need to prove it.
By the way, you can't chase after a burglar and kill him.
