I’m starting to think this is a shot at the middle class. If a middle class business owner owns a small toy store, he is closed (non-essential). Meanwhile Walmart and Target are “essential” and free to sell toys as they wish.
Remove toy, and add any business in it’s place, and you will find a big money store able to sell that item, while the small specialty shop is not.
We should have gone with Bernie. At least he only wanted socialism. This is flat out communism, making rules by fiat, paying people flat amounts not to work? Not allowing freedoms of any kind?
I am literally looking into South Dakota. Seems like it's the only state that hasn't fallen to some form of Big Brotherism.

Actually, LA County owns/operates most of those beaches, not the city. That means they are under the LA Sheriff lawful control.

The Los Angeles Sheriff could open them up, as did the Orange County Sheriff. I would love to see a fight between LA City cops, County Sheriffs, and the State. This is already happening in other areas of the country with Sheriffs saying they won't enforce unConstitutional dictates by their Governors.
Yes. This is the case. Big corporations have the $ to sue under the constitution. Ma and Pop don’t. The Constitution was supposed to be for everyone.
