Right as the runner gets up to the truck where the gunman sit in wait, he moves the video off the runner to the right. We see nothing.
It seems like he thought the runner was about to get gunned down.
Or he was driving and filming

Heavy’s got a really clear video and interesting comments....I’d love to hear why Bryan (shooting the video) isn’t also consider suspect in this case....his vehicle is all over the road for someone just happening onto this.

No, it was a man trying to drive and film at the same time, he had no way of knowing Arbery was going to loop around the truck, and attack the guy with the shotgun.
First several times I watched that I thought the video guy was an idiot. Finally, I realized he was pointing the camera at the hammer that Arbery (allegedly) just dropped on the road. If you look at the road when he veers the camera to the right, you can see he has that dark object lying on the road in the center of his frame.
He was pointing the camera at the hammer as he drove up on it.
He probably swerved to capture the hammer that Arbery apparently dropped on the road. Watch the video carefully.
