That’s a heretical statement.
The dyed in the wool FReeper dogma and lore is that Fauci is a damn fool and hypocritical enemy of the Republic. His education is a damning credential used to fool the poorly educated masses.
You are my friend what your record says you are. I would not want Faucis record.
To be fair, at least this Freeper belies Fauci to be a highly educated specialist who is simply undisciplined in considering the policy ramifications of his answers to questions, as well as not recognizing that questions on his opinion at this level by the media are not the same as questions of his opinion from within the task force.
It is not that he is stupid, but he is a verbal loose cannon.

You can mock liberty loving FReepers all you want - and paint us as anti-science conspiracy theorists - but we are right and you are wrong.
The point is that our freedoms are not conditional upon whether government bureaucrats deem it safe for us to exercise them. Liberty is Liberty.
The First Amendment doesnt guarantee freedom of speech depending on whether the government approves of what we are saying. It guarantees freedom of speech. Period.
Likewise with freedom of assembly.
Would-be tyrants and overreaching bureaucrats ALWAYS use fear to try and justify restrictions to our liberties. They ALWAYS attempt to shame us into giving them up, saying we are selfish and reckless if we dont.
Like clockwork, there are always Leftists waiting for opportunities (or engineering them) to restrict our speech and our movements and activities.
They start with spurious arguments like freedom of speech doesnt mean you can say anything you want - you cant yell bomb! in a crowded terminal, or use hate speech, or threaten someone.
To listen to these arguments, one would think the First Amendment is full of exceptions - but it is NOT. Quite the contrary, it explicitly prohibits all such exceptions:
Congress SHALL MAKE NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
I dont see anything in there about there being an exception if a know-it-all bureaucrat such as Dr Fauci feels that freedom of assembly would not be in our best interest.
The Founders are rolling in their graves.
