The Ohio Department of Health reported 384 new cases of COVID-19 Sunday, a dip from the 681 newly reported cases on Saturday.
Sunday's daily cases showed the lowest increase since April 27.

One thing to be weary of as far as weekend numbers is they tend to be lower as many counties don’t report over the weekend.
Oh, makes sense.
But the trend may still be your friend. I would wait a couple days and see if the pattern is confirmed.
Thanks. I will be watching!
That’s such an infinitesimal part of the Ohio population, that you have to wonder how you could ever come in contact with that. You’d have to know where precisely it was, and you’d have to intentionally go there and intentionally expose yourself.
If you were listening closely to the coronavirus task force presentations you know that we won this thing on April 16. I call that a victory day
Plain and simple all of these viruses always follow Gaussian curve in the spring and then drop off like a rocket is the heat comes in summer comes
Despite all of the media lying and nonsense tried to say oh its getting worse and 3000 deaths today they know that this thing is over and getting more over every day and theyre going to run out of dead people to highlight
Reports are telling us that nursing homes and prisons have a big chunk of the outbreaks and deaths.
I share your hope yet it’s too early to know how this is going to go. Let’s check in a month from now and see their per capita testing and number of positives.
It’s a plan!
The numbers watchers remind me of people who rush to see a burning building. They cant get enough of the hysteria.
Thx. Good info. Makes running into active corona even less likely

lists the daily tests, by state, as well as the numbers the enemedia reports. So far for today, the U.S has 7,678 news cases and 127,710 tests. That’s 6.0% positives for today. From day one (not including today) we see 1,367,638 cases out of 9,444,525 tests, for an average 14.48% positive.
New Jersey’s numbers are instructive. From day one, not counting today, there were 140,008 cases and 415,969 tests, for 33.65% positive. For today, it’s 922 new cases and 9,964 tests, so 9.25% positives today. Now I don’t know whether the statistics count tests given or tests with results, and also how many days lag between tests and results, just illustrating that the numbers are here in enough detail to indicate a real trend in declining cases and deaths.
If we test 127,710 people per day, 2,584 days to test everybody in the USA, at 330,000,000 people. That’s more than 7 years. Since only 6% of new tests show positive “herd immunity” will take many months/years/never. Similarly, we can never “prove” that COVID-19 has been eradicated.
This testing is such BS Katie Miller VP Pences press secretary tested negative on Thursday woke up on Friday with a sore throat and tested positive on Friday SO what the hell is the big PUSH for testing makes no sense!!!
I too hope we pass through this quickly, but I don't see the reduction in deaths that I thought I would given all the efforts people are taking to be safe.
OHIO PING!
Please let me know if you want on or off the Ohio Ping list.
Ohio sees lowest daily increase of COVID-19 cases in nearly 2 weeks

I would like to know the average time from contraction to death/resolution. My guess is that for fatalities, it’s about a 20-30 day progression, while recovery would be as little as 14 days.
So, whats your point?
