Borrowed one once to go into CVS on staten island.
almost NO ONE had one on.
I said screw this and that was the first and last time.
Apparently, staten island cops don’t care nearly as much about enforcement as de blasio and cuomo do.
Cause I’ve seen them in delis and drug stores and gas stations and they have never said a word.
maybe they know our 2 “leaders” are complete morons
