There are probably people serving life sentences in Georgia, I know that their in Florida, for doing just that [shooting the cashier. It is irrelevant why the cashier was shot]who would beg to differ with you.
Having a second cousin twice removed who has been prosecuted is very serious.
So now we know who stole/laundered the stolen handgun from the McMichael’s truck that occurred a few weeks before this incident.
You don't know if that's true, it's mere;y his claim.

People go to houses under construction all the time on days off. I see grandmas do it. People are fascinated with houses being built.

It wasn't his property. Under Georgia law, you do not have the right to follow someone and threaten them at gun point after they leave your property. You're right to self defense does not include pursuit.
9) The suspects SPRINTING AWAY indicates “consciousness of guilt;” His refusal to stop, his changing direction and running an odd route through a neighborhood when we got in our truck again shows he was up to no good and must have been engaged in criminal conduct.
Just lol. They had no right to tell him to stop. And if some weirdo with a gun started following me, I take a different route. These were not police officers, but you seem to imbue them with the same powers.

Basically, your conclusions are based on taking everything the shooters say at 100% truth, without the possibility they could not be telling the truth, no matter what.
You said that you "tried over 300 jury trials in criminal courts." I what capacity? In my experience, prosecutors or defense attorneys would not express it that way.
If McMichael was your client he would surely lose. Where is the felony you keep saying was committed? Where are the high top sneakers or boots you keep saying were worn?

The initial Prosecutor could not get away from the case soon enough. He wrote his buddy a letter passing the case to him. He also informed him of the conclusion[s]he and him and his staffed reached and the criteria they based their decisions on. With the included after though,"We were unanimous in coming to our decision." And last but not least,included their decisions, or findings plus the information they based their findings upon. It was a "here is what we found and you should also letter". His "friend" passed it to the GBI. The GBI took it from there. There is more that that, but that is the thumbnail version.
The trial will be good.
Will they be put on trail together or will they have separate trials.

The State of Georgia doesn’t agree with you.They,in their ignorance, charged the father, son team with murder. You, the Georgia Law expert, should enlighten them.
He/She should be calling the attention of the Agents of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to their error.
It was the father, the retired District Atty Investigator (20 years) and former Glynn County police officer who fired. The son had the shotgun. The video is clear on this. The son never gave up the shotgun. Had he fired it at barrel close range, then the 25 year old would have dropped right there. The father (357 magnum revolver) hit him-he let go of the shotgun took 4 or five running steps and dropped.
You are correct the videos will be gone over in digital and audio slices. Cannot see what happened in front of the truck— the son was driving, and his father was in the bed. The deceased went around the passenger side of the pickup , roundabout to the front where he may have charged the son, and got hold of the shotgun to wrestle it away which proceeded back into the field of view of the video.
The background on the dad and the son, whether they knew this person will be key. Arbery was arrested for taking a gun to a basketball game between two schools neither of which he was attending. Felony possession and also multiple burglary charges. The former LEO is a major factor in this, and in the DA deciding to charge with GA premeditated murder. There is more to this,perhaps involving the dad investigating the case at the basketball game several years back.
That's the rule for citizen's arrest, not when the police arrest someone. You are conflating the two.
Only one problem with your argument. The State of Georgia doesn’t agree with you. They are who you need to convince.
