Great job documenting how CoviDictatorGruesome has been a PIA for many Californians for 18 years.

Back in the Governor Grey Davis administration, it was also ridiculous. A no-bid contract was awarded to the Oracle database company, one of those multiple license deals so thousands of people (State Employees) could use a program. Besides the illegality of a no-bid contract, the payment to Oracle was for hundreds of thousands more workers than actually existed. Some of that money made its way into Grey Davis’ pocket. One of the many reasons he was recalled.

I wasn’t aware that sewers were having a problem. I do hope you mean seamstresses - if not, that’s why there is a toilet paper shortage....
