For over two months, Biden has been holed up in his Wilmington, Delaware home, conducting digital press conferences and campaign rallies through social media and streaming services. Those sessions have led to continued technological issues and anxiety from some Democrats that the former vice presidents's White House bid is failing to compete with the Trump administration's daily press briefings on the government's response to the coronavirus outbreak.
Biden's isolation has served as a punch-line for President Trump's reelection campaign, which routinely sends out press releases mocking his basement campaign rallies.

I am glad Trump is punching at this. He should keep punching. No more ducking public appearances. Although in the end it did lead to Hillary’s defeat. I think we can beat this guy whether he shows his face or not but if he shows his face we can definitely beat him in n a big way

Delaware easing restrictions? Don’t think so. Everything is still closed, except essential businesses like liquor stores and grocery stores. Walmart and Target are considered grocery stores, go figure. Home Depot and Lowes are open. Restaurants, schools, some doctors, bars, sports venues, etc. are closed. Masks are required.
South Dakota and Delaware have the same infection rates. South Dakota is open; Delaware is not. South Dakota is Conservative; Delaware is Liberl. Just saying.
