A) This was an engineered/lab altered virus.
B) It escaped the lab, unintentionally, but from reports of their sloppy handling of things, inevitably.
C) The chicoms knew exactly what it was that escaped early on and took the extreme measures of locking up an entire city and welding people into their own homes and building crematoriums (hospitals).
D) Tried to make lemonade out of this Chi-nobyl event by weaponizing it against the rest of the world via lies and obfuscation, and allowing open travel for weeks from the diseased district.

OUR politicians knew how serious this was but early on encouraged us to shop, go to theaters, have parades, restaurants.
We would lose a few cities; China would revert to the stone age. But the economic disruptions alone would kill possibly half the Earth's population and fulfill part of the wet dreams of the UN Agenda 21 dreamers.
