After Bama and Texas lift their lockdowns and have fewer deaths what will the excuse for Oregon/CA and NY be?

I hope so, but Alabama has had a second wave. I don't why. We were going down towards the end of April, but May has seen a steady rise in cases.

I think it is because more people are testing, not that they're getting sick and dying...
