Mavericks owner Mark Cuban commissioned a group of secret shoppers to examine how Dallas businesses were handing the city's reopening after its coronavirus lockdown. The study found that 96% of businesses failed to fully comply with state guidelines.

The deal with Secret Shoppers is that they are invited in. Without this, negative information promulgated by such an act opens the door to Libel lawsuits.. which should be immediately filed by any company that Cuban and his representatives named.

This is a big no no and can invite triple damages.

Cuban is obligated to PROVE his allegations. And, the Secret Shoppers hand written report (allegations) ain’t going to cut it. And, if they video taped, they have to deal with violations of privacy issues. Its fun until you get that summons.

Mark Cuban must be one of the people democrats are looking at to replace Biden.

This ‘secret shopper’ thing is bogus... it won’t be ‘government decree’ about opening or not - or regulations - it’ll be the invisible hand of capitalism that will be the final determinate : do people feel safe shopping there, spend money there, to re-open themselves to the community.

If I owned a store and the ‘government opening thing’ wasn’t working, I’d be running ads about UV in my AC ductwork that kills virus, taking temps and offering cheap masks to people who want to shop but don’t have a masks... I’d make MY store safer. My business MORE caring. Then again if ‘opening’ works I’d start throwing bigger money into the already swollen stock market...
