It'll never happen. Every move he made in that position would be publicly and privately considered by all sides as "revenge" or "favoritism". His decisions would be considered "clouded" by all his previous traumas and experiences heaped on him by the FBI.

If he needs money (after any compensation law suits he files) and if Trump wins again, and if the guy wants or needs a government gig, I'm sure Trump will find a suitable one for him.

But it won't be in intelligence, law enforcement or national security, rest assured.
