Former President Barack Obama, talking privately to former members of his administration, said Friday that the “rule of law is at risk” in the wake of what he called an unprecedented move by the Justice Department to drop charges against former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn.
In the same chat, a tape of which was obtained by Yahoo News, Obama also lashed out at the Trump administration’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic as “an absolute chaotic disaster.”
“The news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed — about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn,” Obama said in a web talk with members of the Obama Alumni Association.

Until obama and Hillary Clinton are hanged by the neck until dead or imprisoned for life, preferably hanged, there is no rule of law. What I remember about obama is that he was who the people wanted to rule of them for eight years and possibly life. And each time Chris Matthews was in front of him, Matthews legs bent at the knees and his mouth opened.
So, President Trump, which I believe you have a problem acknowledging and I hope he is the one who slips the noose around your pencil neck, is running a chaotic virus program? Implying what, that he is hands on and doing things the wrong way. Is that so dissimilar to your frequent comment whenever anything happened: gee I only knew about that when I saw it in the news paper reply? Lordy, lordy!!! Can you believe that a POTUS (Obama) who had no regard for law in his administration, claims the one who does abide by law and is a Constitutional purest doesn’t!!
I remember reading about Obama expressing his views on the Constitution. He said the Constitution was not balanced in that it gave all the power to the people and none to government. And because of that he would support a re-write.
Unknowingly, he thereby stated the primary difference between the Republican/Conservative core belief and that of the Democratic/Socialist.
This is called “getting our ahead of the problem.” The former president is setting talking points for his former advisors. They’re digging in to repel a legal assault from the current DoJ. I know we all doubt that this will ever happen, but Obama can’t take that chance.
Probably the only thing personally at stake for Obama is his historical legacy. OTOH, some of his cabinet members and intelligence officials could be looking at prison time (we can dream).
