I am pretty sure that rural PA isn’t the same on stats as Philadelphia or Pittsburgh. Just sayin’.
As with anything that concerns PA, as a lifelong Pennsy resident, I say SCREW anything Philadelphia. That includes opening up their economy.
Let the legal residents in Philly send their sanctuary guests go grocery shopping for them!!
