Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but to me this looks like Van Grack knows he has -- at a bare minimum -- a potential threat to lose his license to practice law.

When I read that a couple days ago, I noticed that he isn’t resigning, he’s just not working any more. “Recused”, I guess. Well, it worked for Sessions, why not this guy?
