We do still have a Constitution. But sadly many Americans have never actually read it. Too many think that it’s written in some sort of mumbo jumbo that they have to have politicians and lawyers interpret it for them. It’s in plain English and very easy to understand! I’ve got several copies that I got from the Heritage Foundation and regularly give them to people asking them to show where in it it gives government any authority to do stuff it’s doing. Most people just fart around and walk away without even looking at it. I think they’re too damn lazy to think for themselves.
Too many don’t realize the 17th Amendment democratized congress.
Others don’t realize it’s the state governments, under their state constitutions that are destroying society.
