Opelousas – – The Opelousas Police Department was conducting a narcotics investigation when one of their unmarked units was stolen.
According to reports, an unmarked Opelousas Police detective unit was stolen from the parking lot of the Motel 6 located at 4165 I-49 S. Service Road, on yesterday morning at approximately 10:20 A.M.

A long time ago, I had occasion to visit New Orleans for work and was cruising the area exploring since my plane back was not till later. I stopped at a small restaurant out a little ways & ordered some sort of crawfish dinner. It came and I was duly impressed by the number of those little buggers that had to die for my culinary enjoyment. I can’t help but wish that I would have had my Brazilian daughter-in-laws habit of photographing her meals when they are something new and different.

Apparently this writer thought that the car shot someone.
