No, he was holding his hands behind his back passively waiting to be cuffed when the cop first hit him. Also, he didn’t fight back but was just trying to protect himself from the blows.

For this cop it will start with a quick investigation, followed by his dismissal from the force, and that followed by an assault charge.

For the guy he repeatedly punched, it will end in a very big payday.

Maybe that working mans little wifey he’d planned on railing early afternoon while her husband was at work had to cancel on him
