Some Orange County beaches were allowed by Governor Gavin to open...Laguna and San Clemente are open...The local officials praised Governor Gavin for working together with them...
Yes, those beaches could open...But, cops have to be on the beach and harass people...Like what happened to this old couple in Oxnard...
Governor Gavin would have not allowed those beaches to open without cops being active on the beach...
I am getting sick and tired of this kind of stuff...
Leave people alone...Just make sure that they don't drink on the beach...

It is a beautiful place but it has been ruined by Libs and illegals EVERYWHERE the beauty is no longer worth living here, as soon as my mom passes I am relocating to Idaho, this state, beauty and all, is way past the point of no return!! After this fiasco of shutting the entire state down they are going to go after prop 13 with a vengeance and my property taxes are going to become outrageous the value of property around here being at the beach is utterly ridiculous!! The beauty is not worth living under complete lib rule!!

I guess Oxnard PD officers had to obey orders from their supervisors...
If a cop wants to get promoted, he/she would follow orders...
The head of NYPD officers union complained about cops being told to enforce social distancing orders...I am sure many cops, in other cities, feel the same way...

Very round of those two young men however standing up for those two elderly people just sitting at the beach I am very happy our younger generation are seeing just what a police state looks like hopefully it is opening their eyes!!

I have no problem with laws prohibiting alcohol usage on the beach...
I do have a problem with prohibiting sunbathing on the beach...
Any lawsuits in the works? Charge the police with “ageism” discrimination. Worth a try but the publicity would be “PRICELESS”.
Two things:
1.) That couple were lucky they weren’t in New York. The cops would have beaten the tar out of them.
2.) If you’re going to ride a horse for eight hours, think of the animal. Go on a diet.
Oxnard/Ventura is a nice area, and cooler than south of the hill.
