The coronavirus has been circulating among people since late 2019 and appears to have experienced a highly rapid spread after the first infection, according to a new genetic analysis of 7,600 patients around the world.
Researchers in Britain wrote in a report published Tuesday in the journal Infection, Genetics and Evolution that they examined samples taken at different times and from different places, concluding that the virus first began infecting people late last year.
The researchers found evidence of quick spread but found no indication that it is becoming any easier to transmit the virus, which was first identified in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei province, in December 2019.
"The virus is changing, but this in itself does not mean it's getting worse," genetics researcher Francois Balloux of the University College London Genetics Institute told CNN.
The study indicated that infections in the U.S. and Europe specifically could have occurred weeks or months before the first official cases were reported in January and February, making it more difficult to find Patient Zero in any particular area.

No kidding
Fauxi knew HCQ was a treatment and prophylaxis for coronavirus 15 years ago. Anecdotal my eye. Redrum.
Well, maybe that’s why they don’t call it Covid-20?
Already censored.

That video is GONE.
I watched it! Then went back to it and it is no longer available! Glad I saw it.
Duh. Anyone with two brain cells knew the virus didn’t stay in Chyna from Nov-Dec then decide to hop a flight to the US in early March.
this might have been posted previously, but I just saw it today:

Chloroquine is effective in preventing the spread of SARS CoV in cell culture. Favorable inhibition of virus spread was observed when the cells were either treated with chloroquine prior to or after SARS CoV infection...

And while there may have been some Wuhan Coronavirus cases around the world in Nov-Dec, they don’t appear to have been in the large numbers then which some folks have been claiming.

Didn't take a "world renowned" epidemiologist or virologist to see that this thing has been around since well before 2020 in our air traveling interconnected world. Simple, common sense said Wuhan-19 was here in our country sometime in 2019.
This "novel" respiratory disease never was the zombie apocalypse that too many power mad libs said it was.
Remove annual immunizations...and Wuhan-19 is not markedly more deadly than seasonal flu.
Yet, "we" shuttered our country and our economy, creating financial circumstances nearing a depression, primarily because the CCP didn't give the world any information as to what they let get loose on the world.
