Mind you, parts of the act do need to be struck down through court action at this time. As for a plan. I sure would hope Trump and GOP allies have thought this through and have one in place. But having such a plan means nothing if he loses in November and the Dem gain more seats. Most important to me is that we need Trump so he can appoint more justices. Not just to the Supreme Court but to Federal districts.
CNN, c’mon lets get a credible source.
The bull scat from these people could fertilize all of China.
Just reading that in my office stinks up the place.
Only Barr haters could believe that.
It's all or nothing in this particular case. And the states have a very powerful argument that the current law is unconstitutional. I suspect that in June of next year, if not sooner, the whole of Obamacare will be struck down with all the fallout that entails.
As for a plan. I sure would hope Trump and GOP allies have thought this through and have one in place.
One of my coworkers has a favorite expression - Hope is not a strategy. Right now the GOP has nothing, and little evidence that one is being worked on.
They don't. But that's not their fault. The U.S. health care system is completely unsustainable. The "plan" that almost every American wants is to make other people pay for his or her medical bills ... while doing whatever is necessary to avoid paying for EVERYONE ELSE's medical bills.
Candidate Donald Trump's "plan" in 2016 was to give people "better health care that costs less." That's a great plan there. It's like me telling people that they can live in Trump Tower for $500/month.
