Why not, comrade Hidalgo in Houston was paying some people $2500 a day for over a month with zero patients in her popup hospital near to the football stadium.

Federal civilian employees should ONLY make $4.25/hr which is at least double what they are worth based on quality of work.

“supermarket workers and health etc workers are able to be doing their jobs at this time”
We “nonessentials” actually are also heroes. If we didn’t buy stuff and get sick and injured, they’d be out of jobs.

> but when did the Laws of Supply and Demand get recinded?
They were temporarily placed in abeyance by printing a shite load of money.

At this point the heroes are those of us putting up with out income for 2 months or so and resisting running out doing real harm to those restricing us from our rights to get back to our work and provide for ourselves. Best post of the day...

Damn! I have a Ph.D. in economics and try to stay up with things, but when did the Laws of Supply and Demand get recinded? It only happened in the Bizzaro Democrat universe when they collectively stuck their heads up their big black holes and had their brains sucked out!

“Biden calls for immediate $13 minimum wage increase for frontline workers”
a piecemeal vote-buying scheme like this is hardly a “plan”, really nothing more than a paragraph out of the old Dem minimum-wage playbook ... though interesting that biden is dipping only one foot into the federal minimum wage swamp ... also, i wonder if he rally meant $15 but gaffed on $13, because $15 is the magic number for his kommie komrads, and it seems like JUST $13 for JUST “frontline” workers, whatever those are, would just PO EVERYBODY off, with kommies being unhappy with minimum wage lite, while conservatives would be unhappy with any increase at all ...
