These limitations are ridiculous.
I am in a category that already has blood oxygen issues and predict I will have to fight to get the drug unless I test positive AND I am admitted to the hospital..which means it is already past the time when it should have been prescribed

Any doc with a valid license can prescribe it. Various governors have put restrictions on pharmacies from dispensing.
I totally and wholeheartedly agree with you.
On the one hand, I firmly believe that we have been scammed into accepting tyranny out of fear for our health.
On the other hand, I firmly believe that ....
1. upon the onset of fever and chills we should have immediate access to our primary physician.
2. be able to immediately be tested for Covid at Drs office with results within 20 min
3. If “positive”, be immediately provided with prescription for HCL and AB for pick up at your local pharmacy.
If above can be available to all, then we should revert back to ‘normalcy’ in our daily lives.

Hydroxychloroquine in its role of ionophore has a “poor man’s version”: red onion (quercetin component). Put some red onion in your salad and take a 30-50mg zinc tablet. Get yourself a bottle of oil of oregano and empty gel caps. The oil of oregano is a natural antibiotic. Follow the dosage on the bottle. Take daily or per one’s health advisor.
