You replied with this:
‘1 trillion divided by 330 million people is about $3,000. You’re going to get a testing machine, lab processing services, a doctor and a nurse for that?’
We have spent much more than 1 trillion so get your facts straight. Obviously I was using a little hyperbole but if machines cost 100,000 then 1 trillion would buy one for every 30 people. Trump used to think out of the box but now he just repeats talking points from awful advisers.
I am in Massachusetts where there are more cases that most states. And I’m angry. People in states with hardly any cases have to be mind blowing furious and they will take it out at the polls if come November little has changed. Stop kissing his ass and look for a solution to end this.
He went nuts over creating ventilators. Took over General Motors. Why the hell doesn’t he do it with testing which would eliminate host for this virus and end it tomorrow. ( that’s a little more hyperbole for you. Call your 9th grade English teacher and ask her about it if you don’t understand).
A viral pathogen spreads all over the place through all kinds of means. Unless you’re willing to get a test before and after every time you leave your home, you have no idea what kind of exposure you may have in your daily life.
