There is nothing that says he cant be VP.

I thought one had to be eligible to be P to be VP?

I remember when Albright was SecState she was ineligible BUT, then again, we are talking Crazy Liberals and ChickenShiff Rs here so most anything could be possible
(with BO being the shining example).
Albright was born in Czechoslovakia and came here when 11.

Then again remember when RR got shot Al Haig
Decalred ‘he was in charge’ and ‘they’ raked him over the coals for it

That’s my understanding too, that the qualifications for being President and Vice President are the same.

So if someone is ineligible to be elected president then he or she would also be ineligible to be elected vice president.

Since Obama has already been elected president twice he’s ineligible to be elected president again.

Then again I know the 22nd amendment does not address the specific issue of being elected vice president. I think it is stated elsewhere in our laws, that one must be eligible to be president to also be vice president.
