You’ll hear a lot about ‘rights’ — but, nothing about the rights of people who don’t want to become infected, because someone thinks wearing a mask is too big an ask.
Asymptomatic people can be carriers. If that were not the case, then mask-wearing would not be necessary. Anyone with symptoms would be quarantined to remove the threat. But, it is the case; and mask-wearing (combined with keeping a 6’ distance) is the best way to remove other restrictions; without killing more people.

I read the decision. It appears that the government can’t force you to get a vaccination or flu shot, i.e. , physically administer the shot against your will. You may have to pay a fine or suffer some other penalty. In this case it was 5 dollars.
How recently has this decision been invoked? Smallpox is a step above the flu or the Wuhan virus. Is this the medical version of the Logan Act?
Are there any men left in Denver? Seriously, as this flu wanes and as politician-mandated mask-wearing is as ineffective as it is dehumanizing and anti-social, is there anyone in Denver who isn’t scared sh!tless of the flu or who has the courage to stand up to the politicians and tell them their sh!t must stop ... at once?!

Who knows what the courts will do, other than they seem to defer to outside when under declared emergency. They don’t peek behind the curtain.
The caswe has appeared as a cite in many of the WuFlu cases. The governments cite it for the proposition that many deprivations are justified on belief of “for the greater good.” It’s all very amorphous, but the courts are the last place I’d look to for protection of individual rights, except abortion and vote cheating.

There has already been one accident caused by wearing a mask while driving. The driver fell asleep due to getting less oxygen. I won't get on a bus with a driver wearing a mask.
