Question 1- What is the total number of death from all causes since Jan 1 of this year until today?

Question 2 - What was the total number of death from all cause from Jan 1, 2019 until May 1, 2019?

Are there more or less people dead today then there were this time last year or is the number lower?

There is another set of data but CDC doesn’t provide a graph. US weekly pneumonia deaths are WAY down. The gap represents cases converted to COVID.

https://www.cdc.gov/flu/weekly/weeklyarchives2019-2020/data/NCHSData12.csv

Graph migh show up on a search of “US Pneumonia Deaths - Weekly” Data from 2013 to present.

Weeks 1-15 Number of Deaths 2019 865,181
Number of Deaths 2020 819,659

Through April we totalled 40,000 covid deaths but including those we had fewer total deaths this year.

In New Jersey, deaths in April 2020 have been running about double April 2019. This is real.
