It looks like you are taking a dose suitable for maintaining your zinc levels at a healthy immune protection level. To the extent that HCQ works at all is because some CV victims have normal levels that work a little, but they are soon depleted which is why Zalenko recommends 220 mg. zinc for 5 days. Yesterday I did a lot of research and it seems there are no measured problems for most people using high doses of C, D, and zinc for up to 8 days. After that careful watching is recommended.

I'm new to zinc, just started taking it a couple weeks ago. I read somewhere that 70MG is the maximum daily dose recommended. I've been on 2,000MG of vitamin C for a couple months and 10,000 IU of D for a couple decades. If I get CV, I'll up the zinc dose.
