Do the women’s teams draw as many fans, and as many TV viewers, and generate as much revenue as the men’s teams?
That is the starting point, and I’d bet that current contracts are based on the past answers to the above questions.

So, if the Rolling Stones can fill up a stadium of 100,000 and they get, say, 10% of the receipts, but the Dixie Chicks can only fill an arena of 15,000 but they get 25% of the receipts, do they have standing to sue for equal pay?
