How many antifa people were arrested when they demonstrated?
Ferguson?

It’s always the people who believe in the law that get arrested.

We had a big turnout at the Huntington Beach pier earlier today. It was noisy but peaceful. There were a lot of cops, but I saw no arrests.

Since when do you need a permit to protest? I think that permit was published in 1788.

So CA let's out real criminals and is going to put protesters in jail?

Where they can catch Corona Virus and potentially die?

Newsome is out of touch to put it mildly.

Arrested for exercising your 1st Amendment right. Let out of jail if you are a drug dealer or murderer. The Police State is sending a message.

In cal today Gov Nuisance who seems to be smiling thru the entire pandemic declared ONLY OC beaches closed. Now there is a reason for this. It’s called politics., He doesn’t agree with the OC very often. He saw two photos of the beach last week in huntington Beach and decide from aerial shots without talking to the locals to shut down 43 miles of OC beach. HB has a reputation for law and order and good control and being organized. as does Newport and Laguna,

So 4,000 people showed up at the city beach in HB, while the nearby state beach was patrolled by armed state police and empty.

HB and Newport went to court to get a temp injunction staying the governor’s order. No dice said the judge. And since he has closed the beach, it remains closed till may 11, when I can hear more argument.

The likely consequences of closed OC beaches this weekend is SD and LA will be more crowded increasing risks for those people.

Nuisance started this entire emergency by saying he needed to declare it so the hospitals wouldn’t be flooded. Well ,our hospitals, even in LA have been no where close to capacity. And OC is well below the national average for cases and deaths. They had 450 corona beds ID’d and yesterday had 9 patients.

Waiting to see what happens in OC tomorrow.

common practice so cities can take safeguards with police coverage, notify businesses, block streets etc. Most rights have some restrictions or in the case of assembly, there can even be a charge for the permit and a limitation on hours. That’s even when there is no emergency.

In an emergency rights can be restricted. common practices like curfews, certain areas closed to the public, the government in the past took over steel companies and more.,

After CA released several high-risk sex offenders and possibly some murderers, there’s no way any of the 33 will see jail time.

How many here are happy that people were arrested for disobeying an unconstitutional dictate from a tyrant?
