An Indian-run outsourcing company used Congress’s H-1B visa-worker program to systematically discriminate against American college graduates, according to a class-action lawsuit filed in New Jersey.
The company, named Wipro, “operates under a general policy of discrimination in favor of [imported] South Asians and against [American] individuals who are not South Asian and not Indian,” says the lawsuit, which was filed in New Jersey.
Wipro has about 22 offices and 15,000 employees in the United States.
The lawsuit cited the experience of four American professionals who were sidelined by the Indian managers in the United States:
In 2015, it became evident that Wipro was trying to get rid of Mr. [James] Gibbs. For instance, Mr. Rambhatla quadrupled Mr. Gibbs’ sales and margin quotas to levels that appeared unrealistic. Nevertheless, Mr. Gibbs was able to meet these quotas.
At the time he left Wipro, Mr. Gibbs was the only non-South Asian who reported directly to Mr. Rambhatla. Each of the other seven or eight non-South individuals who had previously reported to Mr. Rambhatla had been terminated or had quit. Each was replaced by a South Asian of Indian descent.
The lawsuit repeatedly notes that the favored Indian visa workers were far less skilled than the Americans, and sometimes hostile to American colleagues and customers

I’ve read stories from IT people. When an Indian gets put in charge of hiring, soon everyone is replaced with Indians.
From my perspective they are not just stories.
Or worse considering how many life saving careers come from stem. Unions= slavery. Not just no.
This has been going on for decades. If an Indian is hiring, the American will not be hired unless there is no other option.
With 40 years in the electronics industry I can say with some certainty that is absolutely true that Indians AND other H1B’s like Muslims and Chinese hire their own. I have had to train my H1B replacement(s) numerous times at different companies. Intel is Muslim central as an example.
This is all too true. I’m not sure how we undo this when the government is not willing to put a stop on H1B, and it’s on willing to challenge company is replacing Americans were hiring non-Americans for jobs where there are Americans available. I cannot think of a single IT position that I’ve seen in the last 40 years that there is a shortage of Americans for.
Massive class action lawsuits?
Suspend all H-1Bs immediately and indefinitely.
H-1B is doing it faster right now. If federal officeholders won't stop that, STEM workers seem to have no other option.
The law needs to be changed, but Congress is in the pocket of Big Tech, so it won't change.
Congress doesn't care about you. You are nothing to them. The future of your children, in your own country, means NOTHING to them. All they care about is money and power.
They would have your kids unemployed, doing drugs, playing video games, and overdosing and killing themselves, while giving whatever remains of low-wage STEM jobs to foreigners whom they control.
Inconceivable! Only Caucasians can discriminate.
The "Indians" are NOT "native," "American" or "Indian."
They are descendants of ORIENTAL ASIANS who migrated over the Bering Straits a LONG, long time ago.

One marker for their being ORIENTAL ASIAN is their inability to deal with alcohol. That comes from the GENETIC deficiency of acetyl dehydrogenase that ALL Oriental Asians have.
Native American Indians, my Aunt Fanny. They, NOT all, just USE and MISUSE their talents playing the heart strings to get 100% freebies from the oh-so-penitent Americans.
The answer isn’t unions or complacency
The answers are job discrimination lawsuits, the threats thereof, and political pressure to stop this crap (along with immigration)
