‘Stay safe Ohio’ order extends stay at home until May 29, with exceptions

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — During Thursday’s press conference on coronavirus in Ohio, Governor Mike DeWine announced the state’s stay-at-home order will be extended.
Late Thursday, the Ohio Department of Health released information on a new order by ODH Director Dr. Amy Acton, entitled ‘Stay Safe Ohio’ that extends the stay-at-home protocol until May 29.
“The stay at home order will be extended with the exceptions,” DeWine explained Thursday. “When retail opens up that certainly will be a major exception for that. Certainly it’s an exception in just a few days when manufacturing and other companies are allowed to start back so, it will be extended.”

One of the rumors that I have heard that DeWine is scared stiff that he will catch covid-19, hence the draconian lock down rules.
If that is true, and I suspect it is, then he’s not fit to serve as governor and should step down. But he won’t.

I’m out. I might not have a lot of places to go, but I’m out. We’ll be visiting family in the state to watch the return of NASCAR on May 17.

You folks need to do a Michigan on him...get out in the streets and scare him! Just because he’s theoretically a Republican, he shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this.
I believe we had some of the first protests even before "that state up north". But I think he calmed it down when he announced his "reopening" plan a couple weeks ago.
I'm going to bet the protests start to ramp back up.
