While the majority of voters across the board support halting immigration due to the coronavirus, Hispanic voters are more in favor of a moratorium than white voters are.
A new poll from the Washington Post revealed that 65 percent of all voters want all immigration to the United States to be put on pause.

This has to be scary and disappointing for some people.

If you fled violent drug gangs in Latin America

This has been true for 30 years.
The only ones pushing more immigration are the leadership of both parties.

One seldom discussed aspect of illegal immigration is that, along with the gang bangers and undesirables, some of the best and brightest leave as well.
Costa Rica, just to name one prime example, turned from another banana republic to the most well governed and functional country in Central America because they kept their best and brightest rather than exporting them.
On the heels of their transformation, Mexico asked the Eisenhower administration to send their best and brightest back under the mid-1950s "Operation Wetback" because those who had come to fill labor shortages during World War II didn't want to go home.

For twenty plus years a lot us with deep roots on the border have been saying. This.
It destroys us AND the sending countries.
It benefits Liberals and globalists of both parties.
Time to support and vote appropriately land to boycott the Globalists and their supporters in Congress and the states

If they poll 65% then you can rest assured in reality it is 75% or 80%.

Its not illegal immigration costing the country as much as legal job-stealing H1Bs, H4EADs, OPT and L1s. Only perhaps in the area of increased crime. These legal temporary workers are costing Americans the entire middle class.

You can look it up. Eisenhower didn't launch "Operation Wetback" because the country was in a recession and Americans needed jobs. In fact, the American economy was booming (the reason he got re-elected by a landslide in 1956) and the tomato growers were saying the harvest would rot in the field without the workers.
A mechanical tomato harvester was on the market within a matter of months.
