I wonder how easy it is to enforce this ban. There’s some long stretches of beach even in New Jersey that would require a large police presence to make sure no one is on it

unless they are going to use armed drones to shoot down people that go on the beach :-)

All Newsom can do is try to control access to beaches. Some of our local bolsheviks tried that and it did not end well for them. (Texas Gulf coast)
