Collinsville is known for an enormous weekly outdoor flea market. Wonder when that starts again?
My guess is the trickle of freedom outbreaks will turn into a stream and then a torrent. This will force the Governors to continually modify and weaken their lockdown in order to not appear weak by their being ignored by the people who are basically beginning to give the authorities the middle finger.
