Notice how he had to throw in the 'barb' about the higher infection rate at the end of the tweet. Doesn't a higher infection rate (which likely includes many asymptomatic cases) indicate that we have a lower overall death rate since the denominator in the deaths divided by infections ratio is higher?

If you have a 55% higher test rate you’ll get a higher infection rate.
