Yes, that’s what I know too but what I didn’t know so well but learned recently is that our red meats are not as Zinc rich as they should be unless they are organic.
Because we on average consume a lot of red meat, our diets should be Zinc rich but they are in fact Zinc poor.
Those of us who consume a lot of fresh seafood are better off.
