Get the per capita deaths by county and county vote percentage for Hillary. Then do a scatter plot.Why? The governors are the ones with the authority and mandate to protect the citizens of their states, and clearly there is differentiation in how they have done. Going county by county shows... what exactly?

The governors don't control people's behavior. Some of the 100% Hillary precincts have ignored the governors' orders about social interaction. Some liberal areas too with coronavirus parties. Conservative areas don't do that.
Democrat-run counties like to force people onto buses so they can all catch the virus.
