My work here was tweeted by LS a while ago (thanks) specifically about how the hands-off approach of Sweden was faring vs the US. That was great, but it was my peak moment in the limelight - I quickly threw my sweat-soaked scarf into the crowd and left the stage for good.
The graphs are exactly what I had in mind. I like the log scales too. There are only two reasons for continuing to use a linear scale: 1. The assumption that people wouldn’t understand a log scale; or, 2. in order to maximize the fear factor, with the cases or deaths shooting upward like a rocket. The log graph is much more informative.
