I don't live there anymore....

But I surfed up and down that coast...from K-55 in Baja...to north of Huntington Beach.

I kinda doubt I could have a got the "19" surfing then....or now.

not enough jack-booted thugs to arrest that many people ... nothing the cops can do it thousands simply swim out into the water or lay down on the beach ...
