Florida too. Open beaches won't bring in enough money.
Fresh air and sunshine are hardly incubators for disease. The solution to pollution is dilution, and the solution to plague is fresh air and decreased population density. Confining people in close quarters is exactly the wrong approach.
Tourism will return, and this may be beneficial in the long run. Limiting numbers in large venues and decreasing proximity doesnt sound like a bad thing to me.
At least FL has something to offer in exchange for the money spent. You can go to the beaches, get some sun, nice food, beautiful scenery, warm weather.
Gambling is not necessary for life, or liberty. Gambling addictions destroy lives and produce nothing good. I don’t see that the loss of gambling industry is a detriment to anyone.
I’d feel as bad as about Nevada losing its gambling economy as I do about the abortion industry going under.
Sorry, no sympathy from me for gambling going under.
Nevada needs to figure out something else of value to offer the world.
