Poitico reporter Dan Diamond within 24 hours found that this bureaucrat was rumored for removal last year because he is an incompetent insubordinate jackass.
The kind of federal employee it is impossible to fire, so they get transferred, like this guy
Rick Bright, former director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, says he was summarily removed from his job earlier this week and reassigned to a lesser role because he resisted political pressure to allow widespread use of hydroxychloroquine, a malaria drug favored by Trump.
Trump never heard of the guy. Neither did anyone else in the room.
This ‘expert’ was placed in his job by Obama on November 16, 2016 - a week AFTER he knew Trump would be the next president.
Those types of personnel moves need to be ILLEGAL.
