Former President Obama on Wednesday called out the Trump administration's failure to form a "coherent national plan" as it navigates the outbreak of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus.
The former president hailed states that are developing their own strategies despite a unified plan, specifically citing Massachusetts's statewide effort.
"While we continue to wait for a coherent national plan to navigate this pandemic, states like Massachusetts are beginning to adopt their own public health plans to combat this virus––before it's too late," Obama said on Twitter, linking to a New Yorker article that details Gov. Charlie Baker's (R) aggressive push for widespread testing and a comprehensive contact-tracing program.

well dimwit Obie, Covid19 is not happening the same in all areas of the country or even all areas of any state, so a national approach/plan is not what is needed. What’s needed is for each state to see what is needed and deal accordingly, reaching out for help from Federal govt AS Need Be.
I believe Obama is lashing out now, and the MSM is pushing Michelle Obama as a 2020 candidate, in order for them to be able to claim that anything that turns up (is turning up) in the news connecting Barack to the coup is in facta competitive tactic employed by Trump to eliminate 2020 contender, Michele Obama. Translation: The left still can’t make Trump fully / mostly responsible for the government mitigation, containment and crisis management policies / strategies. Because Trump has let each state mostly take full responsibility for all of that (which is what the Constitution requires, but not what the left needs politically.)
