WHY THE LAWSUIT? A LITTLE BACKGROUND:
Gov. Steve Sisolak, a Democrat, declared a public health emergency on March 12. With the governor’s blessing, the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy on March 23 adopted emergency regulations restricting the “prescribing and dispensing” of chloroquine phosphate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate for patients outside of a hospital setting. Hydroxychloroquine is marketed as Plaquenil.
The board raised the alarm, claiming the oral prescription drugs, which are also used to treat malaria, lupus, porphyria, and arthritis, were being hoarded, which led to a “resulting shortage of supplies of these drugs for legitimate medical purposes,” according to the legal complaint filed in the case that is cited as Nevada Osteopathic Medical Association v. Sisolak.

This needs to happen in every state that is pulling this crap.
If we ever have solid evidence that lives were lost because of this then some official should be facing man-slaughter charges since there illegal actions led to people dying.

Anyone who had a loved one die without being able to get this combo should sue the Governor, his middle east health non doctor advisor and anyone else who kept this combo drug from their loved ones.

What Cuomo never whined about is not having enough hydroxychloquine and zinc. Yet his state has the #1 death count in the United States! Why? Because he refused to allow physicians to use it to save people.

Every case I’ve read about or seen a video about where a doctor has had good results with HCQ + xinc, the meds need to be given early.
If the patient doesn’t get the meds until they are on a ventilator, the meds lose a lot of effectiveness.
