They intentionally didn’t do the cocktail. And from I can tell they only gave it to their ‘last resort’ patients. Meaning, they set the ‘test’ up for failure.

The doctors weren’t doing a “test”. They were just treating patients.

The study involved researchers going through thousands of VA records looking for patients who had been treated with HCQ or HCQ and zithro and then comparing them with a group that wasn’t. Nothing was planned in advance. It was a retrospective study, i.e., done after the treatment was accomplished. In other words, nothing in the study dictated the treatment parameters.
