No way it goes to trial. The DA will drop the charges.
I used to like cops. Now I look at them as Nazis. They are enforcing unconstitutional orders without hesitation. They are basically the equivalent of death camp soldiers. Just following orders.
It can no longer honestly be said that local police are there to serve and protect the common citizens. This REFLECTS a Supreme Court decision of several years ago. Local police exist to protect the local governments.
Think about the impact of that people!
Not all cops are like this. My son is a cop and he understands the Constitution. He’s not arresting anybody for unlawful assembly or trespassing, or anything like that.
