This one is a baby bird farm. The USS America is a “dead end” design. No more made in that class due to the design not having a well deck.

USS America appears to be 31st MEU which finished up in Thailand ops (Cobra Gold 2020) mid March.

No hovercraft. They took out the well deck to make more room for the larger fighters and the Ospreys.
